Max, an NFT investor(or former NFT investor), accidentally listed an NFT for .75 Ethereum ($2,844 usd) instead of 75 Ethereum ($284495 usd)! Before max could correct the mistake, the NFT was snatched up by a bot.
NFTs are non-fungible tokens meaning it can’t be replaced. Similar to trading cards, crypts art pieces are becoming a new way to own custom virtual pieces. NFTs are powered by inefficient computer processes consuming 1300 KWH per transaction; a months worth of energy to power a house. Ethereum is much more efficient than bitcoin, and is still in the process of decreasing its energy usage to a much tinier footprint.
